Hi, I am Saskia.

Sport has always played a central role in my life.
As a competitive fencer, I spent years training, competing and performing under pressure at the highest level, including competing in three Olympic Games. That experience taught me how focus, discipline and perseverance come together in moments that really matter. What sport taught me goes far beyond performance. It showed me how important it is to stay present, trust the process and keep moving forward, even when things feel challenging or unfamiliar.

Today, I translate those principles into my work as a personal trainer and speaker. Whether in the gym or during workshops and presentations, my focus is on creating a supportive environment where people feel guided, confident and challenged at their own pace.

At the core of my work is a passion for growth, community and supporting others in discovering what they are capable of.

Strength is not about pushing harder at all costs. It’s about awareness, consistency and learning to trust yourself.

Sports has shaped who I am.

Personal approach

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Becoming stronger means following your own path. I help make that path clear and guide you forward, step by step.

Certified

I studied the human body from a sports perspective and, after my professional career, obtained my official MILO certification as a personal trainer.

Fun

Training should be challenging, but it should also be enjoyable.
When movement feels good, consistency follows — and real progress becomes possible.

Mindset

Focusing only on the physical means missing an essential part of the process. I help align physical training with mental and emotional awareness to build strength that lasts.
